Arnhem central

Dutch city of Arnhem is widely known for its role in end-WWII operation “Market Garden”, which later made it into a movie (“A bridge too far”). In late autumn 2015, after some 20 years, the city proudly reopened their central station as the most important part of their long-term project “Arnhem centraal”. This project aimed on completely re-organizing and integrating public transport and infrastructure into a bigger picture. I attended parts of the opening celebrations, and watched out for some interesting sights.
